How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@getjellies.app with your request and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Who can see my check-ins?
Only members of the groups you shared a post with at the time of posting. People who join a group later won't see posts made before they joined. No one outside your groups can see your content.
How do I join or create a group?
Groups are created inside the app and joined via invite code. Only people with the code can join — there are no public or searchable groups.
Is Jellies free?
Yes. Jellies is free to use. We don't run ads or sell your data.
Does Jellies sell my data?
No. Your data is used only to operate the app. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
How do I report a user or content?
Email us at support@getjellies.app with as much detail as possible. We take reports of harassment, abuse, or harmful content seriously.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. Email us at support@getjellies.app and we'll put together what we have. We don't currently have an automated export tool.
